Notice to students offered change of course/program 2025/2026 session

This is to inform all students whose requests for change of course/programme have been approved to take note of the following and act accordingly:

  1. Reprint their new (university) admission letter from the university website.
  2. Register for courses of the new approved programme.
  3. Ensure that their admission numbers have been changed to be in tandem with the new programme.
  4. Communicate the changes to all their lecturers so that previous attendance and possibly, CAs taken were noted for necessary action by the lectures.
  5. Proceed to the Department of the approved programme for necessary documentation with immediate effect.
  6. Visit the State JAMB office and apply for change of admission/programme. Then take the form to the university for further necessary action.
  7. Ensure that the new admission letter re-issued by the JAMB is printed and a copy submitted to the new Department.
  8. Consult with the HOD/Dean for any inquiry.
  9. Note that all these procedures must be completed within two weeks from the date of this advisory.
