This is to inform all students whose requests for change of course/programme have been approved to take note of the following and act accordingly:
- Reprint their new (university) admission letter from the university website.
- Register for courses of the new approved programme.
- Ensure that their admission numbers have been changed to be in tandem with the new programme.
- Communicate the changes to all their lecturers so that previous attendance and possibly, CAs taken were noted for necessary action by the lectures.
- Proceed to the Department of the approved programme for necessary documentation with immediate effect.
- Visit the State JAMB office and apply for change of admission/programme. Then take the form to the university for further necessary action.
- Ensure that the new admission letter re-issued by the JAMB is printed and a copy submitted to the new Department.
- Consult with the HOD/Dean for any inquiry.
- Note that all these procedures must be completed within two weeks from the date of this advisory.
