Welcome to the Information Unit

Information and Protocol Unit was established in 2006, it is responsible for the image making of the University both within and outside. It operates directly under the Vice- Chancellor’s Office, it plans and  organizes visits, ceremonies and special events of the University.

It is also responsible for organizing Press briefings, announcements, drafting of speeches and addresses for Vice-Chancellor, Compiling and publishing the University’s news bulletin, News Journal, prospectus, handbook and calendars as well as souvenirs.

The unit has two Senior Officers and also a Photographer and a Cameraman.
