Baha’uddeen Salisu Dandashire is a Microbiologist lecturing and researching in the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences, Umaru Musa Yar’adua University Katsina Nigeria. Presently, a PhD fellow in the School of Health Sciences, Universiti Sains Malaysia, where he is doing his PhD research in Medical Mycology and Public Health Microbiology.
Baha’uddeen S.D. obtained a first class M.Sc degree in Microbiology with specialization in Medical and Pharmaceutical Microbiology from Bayero University Kano, Nigeria. He has a B.Sc degree in Microbiology obtained from Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto, Nigeria.

Baha’uddeen S.D. authored many scientific publications in both National and International Journals. He is currently a circulation manager of UMYU Journal of Microbiology Research (UJMR), Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina. He attended and gives talk at many National in Nigeria. He acquired many skills in academic researches, medical and scientific researches, as well as IT and leadership through participation in workshops, trainings, and seminars.
